Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 CUP PEANUT OIL
  • 1/4 CUP RED CHILI POWDER
  • 1 TBLS. SALT
  • 2 TBLS. KAHLUA
  • 2 TBLS. SUGAR
  • 3 CUPS PECANS

Directions
  1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. MIX UNTIL NUTS ARE COATED
  3. SPREAD MIXTURE ON OILED ALUMINUM FOILED COOKIE SHEET
  4. BAKE AT 399 DEGREES FOR 20-30 MINUTES
  5. SERVE OVER SALADS AND SLAWS
  6. OR JUST MUNCH
