This delicious marinade for steak is simple and easy to do using ingredients that you usually have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger root
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/3 c. sherry
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a shallow dish until mixed well. Add steaks and marinate for at least 4 hours before grilling.
