Steak Marinade

This delicious marinade for steak is simple and easy to do using ingredients that you usually have on hand.

Combine all ingredients together in a shallow dish until mixed well. Add steaks and marinate for at least 4 hours before grilling.

WOW! this tasted excellent! I didnt have any ginger root or sherry :( , I made a few alterations, I added some ketchup, added some chopped onion, some seasoning salt, a pinch of cayenne. Thanks for this recipe, I never thought of using honey, oh and the kids loved it and they never really care for steak but they liked this :D :D *5*

I see scottish chef has been here 10 months and jyt has no friends, no recipes but proclaims to be an expert cook! just ignore them hon and keep coming with the great recipes @:D

Why on earth are you using sherry?? Please just go out and buy Chinese Rice Wine. You'll find it transforms this marinade into something far more authentic - G
