Ingredients

2 tbsp. fresh grated ginger root

1 clove minced garlic

1/3 c. sherry

1/3 c. soy sauce

2 tbsp. honey

1/3 c. vegetable oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients together in a shallow dish until mixed well. Add steaks and marinate for at least 4 hours before grilling.

WOW! this tasted excellent! I didnt have any ginger root or sherry :( , I made a few alterations, I added some ketchup, added some chopped onion, some seasoning salt, a pinch of cayenne. Thanks for this recipe, I never thought of using honey, oh and the kids loved it and they never really care for steak but they liked this :D :D *5*
