Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter

1cup Splenda granular

1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the three ingredients thoroughly.

Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet.

To flatten cookies, wet fingers with cold water and squish cookies.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from pan carefully after cooling slightly.

I've made these, and they're not bad, although the texture was... odd. Still, they were pretty satisfying when I wanted something sweet.

The second time I made them, I did have to cut the amount of Splenda down to 3/4 of a cup, and I used crunchy peanut butter.

The next time I make these, I will try adding a little bit of flaxseed meal to help with the texture.
