FIESTA SALSA FRESCA This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Daly Estate in Harrell, Texas in 1988.

Ingredients
  • 2 quarts chopped tomatoes
  • 2 bulbs garlic crushed in press
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 2 sweet white onions minced
  • 4 green chilies minced
  • 1 Serrano pepper minced
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients then chill and serve.
