FIESTA SALSA FRESCA This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Daly Estate in Harrell, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients
- 2 quarts chopped tomatoes shopping list
- 2 bulbs garlic crushed in press shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions chopped shopping list
- 2 sweet white onions minced shopping list
- 4 green chilies minced shopping list
- 1 serrano pepper minced shopping list
- 2 avocados mashed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients then chill and serve.
