Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

- 2 red peppers shopping list
- 1 can chic peas shopping list
- juice of 1 lime shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 tsp sesame oil shopping list
- 2 tsp olive oil shopping list
- salt and Pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Roast the peppers whole in a 450F oven until the skin begins to turn black.
- Remove from the oven and place immediately in a plastic bag. Let the peppers sit for ten minutes in the bag and then remove the skin and discard along with the inside of the peppers.
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve with fresh cut veggies.
