  • PRE HEAT OVEN AT 180 DEG C .
  • SIMMER THE CLEAN ORANGES IN HOT BOILING WATRE FOR 30 MINS .
  • COOL AND PUREE UNTIL SMOOTH .
  • SET ASIDE .
  • CREAM THE BUTTER AND SUGAR .
  • ADD THE BUTTERMILK AND ALL THE ING.
  • MIX WELL .
  • ADD THE PUREE AND ESSENCE . MIX WELL .
  • BAKE FOR 50 MINS .
  • POUR THE SYRUP ON TOP .
