How to make it

  • Cook onions in oil 10 minutes until translucent. Stir in paprika.
  • Cook until ready. Add chicken, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.
  • Cover and cook slowly 20 minutes. Sprinkle with flour. Add juice.
  • Cover and cook slowly until chicken is tender (20 to 30 minutes).
  • Remove chicken and take off skin. Strain the sauce.
  • Thicken sauce with sour cream. Return chicken to sauce
