Chicken Paprikaz

- 1 tbsp. oil shopping list
- 3 red onions, cut fine shopping list
- 1 tbsp. real Hungarian paprika shopping list
- 1 (5 lb.) chicken, or 2 sm. shopping list
- 1 tsp. vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. sugar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 2 tsp. flour shopping list
- 1/2 c. V8 juice shopping list
- sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onions in oil 10 minutes until translucent. Stir in paprika.
- Cook until ready. Add chicken, vinegar, sugar and salt to taste.
- Cover and cook slowly 20 minutes. Sprinkle with flour. Add juice.
- Cover and cook slowly until chicken is tender (20 to 30 minutes).
- Remove chicken and take off skin. Strain the sauce.
- Thicken sauce with sour cream. Return chicken to sauce
