Ingredients

2 tbspn fresh grated ginger root

1 clove minced garlic

2 tbspn honey

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup sherry

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.

Marinate steaks for at least 4 hours or more before grilling. Enjoy!
