AN EASY MEXICAN DISH, GREAT DISH TO MAKE FOR A CROWD

Ingredients
- COOKING SPRAY
- 2 LARGE CANS BROOKS MILD OR HOT CHILI BEANS
- 16 CORN TORILLAS
- 1 LARGE CAN OR 2 SMALL, GREEN CHILI SAUCE
- 3-4 CUPS FINELY SHREDDED MEXICAN CHEESE
- 6 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED MOST THE WAY DOWN TO END
Directions
- 14"X16" OR 2 9X12 PANS. SPRAY WITH COOKING SPRAY
- TEAR 1/2 CORN TORTILLAS INTO QUARTERS. LAYER ALONG BOTTOM. TOP WITH ONE CAN BEANS. THEN 1/2 GREEN CHILI SAUCE. TEAR THE OTHER 1/2 OF CORN TORTILLAS. LAYER. SPREAD THE REST OF THE BEANS. SPREAD THE REST OF THE GREEN CHILI SAUCE. ADD ALL THE CHEESE. SPRINKLE THE GREEN ONIONS. BAKE IN 400 OVEN UNTIL CHEESE IS GOLDEN BROWN. ABOUT 35 MINUTES. PULL OUT OF OVEN. LET SET FOR 10 MINUTES
