Ingredients
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 slices butter toast

Directions
  1. Put cheese, butter, milk and seasoning together in a saucepan.
  2. Heat slowly, stirring constantly, until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth and hot.
  3. Pour over slices of toast and serve at once.
