- 4 pieces fillet steak 1/4 inch think shopping list
- 3 Tbs butter shopping list
- worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbs finely chopped or grated onion shopping list
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter and oil. Fry steaks for 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove from pan and keep hot. Add worcestershire sauce to butter and oil in the pan, then add lemon juice and mustard, warm through. Add onion and parsley and cook slowly for 1 1/2 minutes. Spoon sauce over steaks and serve immediately.
