Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened, condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 14 oz bags shredded sweetened coconut

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk egg whites and salt until frothy, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in coconut until combined.
  3. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Form macaroons into 1 1/4 inch mounds, about 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake until macaroons are golden brown, about 20 minutes. Cool on a cooling rack.
