Fruit n Cream Muffins

Found in a magazine some time back - easy and soo yummy. My favorite is with peaches - but made some really good mixed berry ones a couple of weeks ago with some left over frozen fruits...
Ingredients
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c milk or sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 c vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 c flour shopping list
- 1/2 c sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 c fresh or frozen fruit, chopped & thawed shopping list
How to make it
- Beat egg, milk and oil.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir into the egg mixture
- Stir in fuit
- Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
- Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
