Fruit N Cream Muffins Recipe

	Itsajourney / All my dishes 1 year, 10 months ago Found in a magazine some time back - easy and soo yummy. My favorite is with peaches - but made some really good mixed berry ones a couple of weeks ago with some left over frozen fruits... Prep:10m Cook:25m Servings:10	Itsajourney

Ingredients

1 egg

1/2 c milk or sour cream

1/4 c vegetable oil

1 1/2 c flour

1/2 c sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 c fresh or frozen fruit, chopped & thawed

Directions

Beat egg, milk and oil.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir into the egg mixture

Stir in fuit

Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.

Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
