I made this for my family last night and this dish was absolutely AWESOME!!!. It was easy to make and the fish was so tender with a crunchy outside. The fish tasted like I had used butter in the recipe but I didn't, I followed it exactly. Made me look like a rockstar in the kitchen. IF I CAN MAKE THIS RECIPE, THEN ANY HUSBAND WHO NORMALLY DOESN'T COOK CAN DO IT!!!

I served this a few weeks ago to my wife and son. We all loved this tasty dish. I particularly liked the contrast of the crispy outside coating and the tender juicy white clean tasting fish. The flavors blended perfectly. Will make it again.
