How to make it

  • Sift flour
  • measure and add soda and salt
  • sift again
  • ass buttermilk to dry ingredients
  • beat till smooth
  • spread dough 1/4 inch thick on flat greased pan
  • bake 375 for aprox. 15 min. or untill crisp and golden brown
  • let cool throughly and grind in food chopper
  • crisp in oven if desired before serving
  • my Amish friends make this every week
