Simply Southern. Eggs and evaporated milk mixed with the macaroni and cheese, a little butter, and paprika for the "dusting". Delish!

Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni, then cooked, drained
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 12 ounces of Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1-1/2 cups evaporated milk
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika
Directions
- Put *cooked* macaroni in a casserole
- Add melted butter
- In small bowl lightly blend 8 ounces grated cheese, eggs, and milk
- Add to the macaroni
- Mix lightly in casserole
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top
- Then sprinkle with paprika
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes

Very similar to one I make. I add crushed saltines and then top with cheese. Very good either way :D
