Ingredients

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni, then cooked, drained

1/2 stick melted butter

12 ounces of Cheddar cheese, grated

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1-1/2 cups evaporated milk

Black pepper to taste

Paprika

Directions

Put *cooked* macaroni in a casserole

Add melted butter

In small bowl lightly blend 8 ounces grated cheese, eggs, and milk

Add to the macaroni

Mix lightly in casserole

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top

Then sprinkle with paprika

Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes

Very similar to one I make. I add crushed saltines and then top with cheese. Very good either way :D
