A versatile and tasty cookie. You can team up the chocolate with your choice of chips.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips, mint chips, peanut butter chips, butterscotch chips,white chips OR toffee bits. Pick what your in the mood for!

Directions
  1. Cream margarine and sugars.
  2. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients and fold in chips.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto sheets.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Let cool on sheet for 1 minute then remove to racks.
