Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 box (16 oz) rotini (corkscrew) pasta
- 1 jar (8 oz) pasteurized process cheese sauce
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
Directions
- In 5-qt saucepot over high heat, cook beef and onion until browned; drain. Add water and diced tomatoes; heat to boiling. Stir in pasta; reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, 10-15 minutes until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender. Stir in cheese sauce and mustard; heat through.

Not only does this recipe taste great, but it is quick and easy to make. I also loved that I could clean up after myself, between steps; it's so nice not to have a ton of clean up after you fill your belly!
