How to make it

  • Sauté onion, leeks and garlic in butter until translucent.
  • Add cauliflower, broth, water, milk, bay leaf, nutmeg, thyme and pepper.
  • Simmer until cauliflower is soft then take out bay leaf and puree in blender.
