This is a different twist to vinaigrette but oh so good... give it a try..I wasnt sure I would like this at first... I got this recipe out of the Good Housekeeping magazine..

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 3 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parshely
  • 1 Tablespoon minced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1.4 teaspoon coarsley ground pepper

Directions
  1. Wisk buttermilk, sour cream, vinegar, green onions and parsley together
  2. add salt and pepper
  3. refrigerate up to one day
