How to make it

  • Brown meat and drain any grease.
  • Add diced squash, bell pepper, and onion to the meat.
  • Add water, salt, pepper, and curry powder.
  • Let simmer until the water evaporates and vegetables are soft.
  • Add in cheese and hard boiled eggs.
  • Serve mixture inside the pita bread.
