Turkey Curry Pitas Recipe
I got this recipe from my step mother and it has always been a good, fast meal that feeds a lot of people. It is also a favorite at my house. It is also low in fat and good for you. Please enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Pita Bread
  • 1 pound of ground turkey
  • 1 cup of diced zucchini squash
  • 2 cut up hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of diced onions
  • 3/4 cup of shredded chedder cheese
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 Tablespoon of curry powder

Directions
  1. Brown meat and drain any grease.
  2. Add diced squash, bell pepper, and onion to the meat.
  3. Add water, salt, pepper, and curry powder.
  4. Let simmer until the water evaporates and vegetables are soft.
  5. Add in cheese and hard boiled eggs.
  6. Serve mixture inside the pita bread.
