Garden Delight Salad

- 3 cups fresh green beans, snapped shopping list
- 2 cups fresh corn kernels shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper, seeded, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet or green onions shopping list
- 3 small radishes, sliced shopping list
- 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped shopping list
- 3/4 to 1 cup Italian salad dressing shopping list
How to make it
- In boiling water, cook beans for about 10 minutes until tender-crisp. During last 3 minutes of cooking time, add corn. Drain vegetables
- In large bowl, combine beans, corn, carrots, green pepper, onions, radishes and tomato. Toss lightly.
- Pour salad dressing over vegetables. Toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to chill thoroughly.
- Toss lightly again to serve.
