Ingredients

1 can pitted bing cherries

3/4 cup boiling water + 1/4 cup juice from the cherries

3/4 c cream sherry

1 small package cherry jello

1 c chopped pecans

1 (3 oz) package cream cheese, cut into small cubes

Directions

Make jello with boiling water and sherry. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Add cherries, nuts, and cubed cream cheese. Spoon into mold and refrigerate until firm.
