Great and simple recipe! Love your Cajun Seasoning.

Let's see...your cajun seasoning is perfect and I love bone-in pork chops. And its easy. That a homerun in my book, Donnie -and thank you! Great one and I'll let you know what I think after I try it. You rock! =)

I think pork chops taste better when they are bone in. They don't dry out as fast. Sounds delicious. Thanks for posting. :)

WHO CARES IF IT IS EASY....THESE LOOK AWESOME.

Your cajun seasoning is the BEST!! These look wonderful! Thanks for posting:)

I hope to try this soon. I'm always looking for yummy and fast!

I did a version of this tonight for supper but coated the chops in shake and bake. Cheater... yes I know. But anyhow it turned out great. Thanks Donny, you made me think of how simple supper can be if you think ahead. I served it with rice and black bean sauce. And fresh veggies and dip. It was great.

Looks good, and niiiice and easy.

Bacon grease is also good stuff--there's all kinds of good stuff out there.

Pieplate is right. Animal fat is the most delicious taste there is.
I always buy pork lion chops. They're piggies little porterhouse steaks. (See the little T-bone?) Can't be beat for pork tenderness. ;^)

Quick, Easy and Juicy...Def a winner in my world! 5+!

Thank's they turned out great I served them with aspargus and broiled portabella mushrooms stuffed with fresh spinich and tomatoe relish with jalapeno peppers and feta cheese(they had a little bit of a bite to them) and bacon wrapped baked potatoe.

Fantastic pork chops gotta love it thaks donman

I'm a vegetarian so I wasn't sure how to cook pork chops and make sure they would taste good for my boyfriend. He loved this recipe! The cooking time gave them perfect juiciness. I also put a sprinkle of adobo with the cajun seasoning and served them with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach.

I give you a FIVE on this, donman. Again, it is obvious you were undercut, and I am sory to see this happening among such good cooks. Rest assured, you are not the only one being undercut, Sir . It should not be happening against anyone.
