Minestrone The Hard Way From Bean Soup

This recipe came about because of leftovers. Typically we make much too much bean soup and in this case had some leftover blackeyed pea soup with kale and other ingredients in it. Wanting to be frugal, I tried to salvage everything and the only direction I knew to head was Minestrone. Ingredients
- 6 cups ham and bean soup shopping list
- 2 cups blackeyed pea soup shopping list
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 1 cup dried shells or other pasta shopping list
- 2 cups stock shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together and heat - adjusting amount of liquid to taste.
- Cook until pasta tender - at least 10 minutes.
