Beef Bulgogi

- 1 - 1 1/2 pound good quality steak (like tenderloin) shopping list
- 2T honey shopping list
- 2 T rice wine or dry white wine shopping list
- 4-6 green onions, chopped fine shopping list
- 3 cloves chopped garlic (I prefer roasted garlic for this) shopping list
- 1/4 c soy sauce shopping list
- 1 T sesame salt shopping list
- 2 T sesame oil shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Slice beef very thin. Mix the honey and wine, toss in the beef, cover and refrigerate at least a half hour.
- Combine the green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame salt, sesame oil, and black pepper. Pour over the beef and mix well. Grill or broil the meat for 10 minutes.
