Ingredients

How to make it

  • Bake at 350 in center position in oven
  • 8" baking pan
  • Qhisk together the flour, brown sugar and salt
  • Cut in butter using a pastry blender until the mixture becomes coarse crumbs
  • Knead dough until it comes together
  • Press evenly into the bottom of the pan
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden brown
  • Cool completely
  • Spread the lemon curd over the crust and refrigerate, loosely covered until ready to serve
  • Just before serving, lightly sift confectioner's sugar over the Lemon curd and cut into 2 " pieces
  • Store in an airtight container.
