Shortbread and Lemon curd Bars

- 1 C flour shopping list
- 1/4 C packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 C (1 stick) butter, cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 Cup lemon curd, chilled shopping list
- Confectioner's sugar for dusting shopping list
How to make it
- Bake at 350 in center position in oven
- 8" baking pan
- Qhisk together the flour, brown sugar and salt
- Cut in butter using a pastry blender until the mixture becomes coarse crumbs
- Knead dough until it comes together
- Press evenly into the bottom of the pan
- Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden brown
- Cool completely
- Spread the lemon curd over the crust and refrigerate, loosely covered until ready to serve
- Just before serving, lightly sift confectioner's sugar over the Lemon curd and cut into 2 " pieces
- Store in an airtight container.
