- 1 lb ground pork shopping list
- 1 onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Blend ground pork, onion and allspice well
- Put in a saucpan and just cover with water
- Simmer until boiled down and thick
- Spread in an 8" pan and chill
- Scrape off any visible fat that has come to the top
- Slice for sandwiches or spread on crackers

Very interesting. I knew a french woman (alsace) who made something very similar. I used to put it on bread with cheese and broil it. LOL she thought I was odd, but it was good.
