Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 flour
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 pureed beets
  • 6 tbsp carob chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions
  1. mix flour ,soda,salt and set aside
  2. combine sugar , eggs,oil in mixing bowl, beat in
  3. beets ,chocolate and vanilla. gradually add dry ingredients , beating well .
  4. bake in 350 degrees oven for 25 min.
