Ingredients
- 1 3/4 flour
- 1 cup oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 pureed beets
- 6 tbsp carob chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions
- mix flour ,soda,salt and set aside
- combine sugar , eggs,oil in mixing bowl, beat in
- beets ,chocolate and vanilla. gradually add dry ingredients , beating well .
- bake in 350 degrees oven for 25 min.
