Chicken N Biscuits Recipe
This dish is another one that I can hide the vegetables in and no one knows the difference. It is also good to feed a lot of people at a low cost. This is a family favorite!

Ingredients
  • 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom or broccoli (depending on your taste)
  • 1 can of sweet peas
  • 1 can of carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced potato (about one potato)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • Bisuick

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Boil chicken in water until fully cooked and shred it.
  3. In a baking dish, add the chicken, creamed soups, all veggies, and spices.
  4. Mix all together and smooth top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Mix Bisquick according to the recipe on the box for biscuits.
  7. Spread biscuit mixture over the top and put back in the oven for 10-15 more minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
