Old Fashioned Meatloaf

I developed this recipe myself because I never like the meatloaf my mother always made. It's got a zesty taste and even the kids love it!
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 tsp sage shopping list
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 medium egg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup Moore's or Dale's steak sauce shopping list
- 3 bread slices, crumbled shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl
- Spread in ungreased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan and form into a loaf
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour
- Spoon ketchup on top of loaf and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Drain off excess fat and serve
