Antique Rice Fritters 1859

- 1/2 lb rice shopping list
- 1 pint milk shopping list
- tsp cinnamon shopping list
- butter or larde shopping list
- egg and flour for dipping shopping list
- wine shopping list
How to make it
- Boil half a pound of rice till it becomes soft; pour it out to cool;
- add to it one pint of milk,
- half a pound of flour, and a teaspoonful of powdered cinnamon. Shape into fritters and fry them in butter or lard,
- serve them with wine sauce
