How to make it

  • Beat eggs
  • Mix flour and sugar together and add to eggs
  • Fold in other ingredients
  • Pour into uncooked pie shell and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Then 50 minutes at 300 degrees

    I have never made a pecan pie but I am planning on making one this year for Thanksgiving. I have a couple of questions for you, Do you use light or dark corn syrup and do you refrigerate any leftovers?
