Pumpkin Cheesecake

No springform pans to fool with. This cheesecake is great anytime.
Ingredients
- 1 8oz packages cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup white sugar shopping list
- 1 15oz can mashed pumpkin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 graham cracker or vanilla wafer crusts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together.
- Add pumpkin and spices.
- Beat in one egg at a time.
- Add salt and beat until creamy.
- Pour batter into pie crusts.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until set.
- Chill at least 3 hours before serving.
