Found this recipe and wanted to share it!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup 7-Up
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450*F.
  2. MIx first three ingredients and knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place on floured board and spread dough gently until 1-inch thick.
  4. Cut into biscuits and place on greased 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Brush tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake 20 minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before serving.

I've made biscuits using the biscuit mix and 7up, but never added the buttermilk. sounds great...thanks!
