Pan-Broiled Scallops

- 16 sea scallops shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp sake or dry sherry shopping list
- 4 Tbsp oil shopping list
How to make it
- Mix soy sauce and sake in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute the scallops until opaque. Add soy sauce and sake. Turning the scallops to prevent sticking, continue cooking until the scallops are well-seasoned. Serve immediately

Looks great! Scallops are so versatile and can be prepared very simply like this recipe or in very complex recipes and still be outstanding. I like simple, easy ways to prepare things and this is it. Great recipe!
