How to make it

  • Mix soy sauce and sake in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and saute the scallops until opaque. Add soy sauce and sake. Turning the scallops to prevent sticking, continue cooking until the scallops are well-seasoned. Serve immediately
