1 Dish Caramel Pecan Coffee Cake

- Batter: shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 2 envelopes yeast shopping list
- 2 tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup very warm water (120 to 130F) shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted shopping list
- caramel pecan Topping: shopping list
- 1/3 cup Light or dark corn syrup shopping list
- 1/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans shopping list
- cinnamon sugar Topping: shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp. Ground Saigon cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Mix batter ingredients in a pre-sprayed 9 1/2 inch deep dish pie plate.
- Stir together corn syrup, brown sugar and butter in a small bowl
- Add pecans and mix well
- Combine cinnamon sugar topping ingredients in a small bowl
- Top batter evenly with cinnamon sugar topping
- Spoon the caramel pecan topping evenly over the batter
- Bake by placing in a cold oven; set temperature to 350F
- Bake 25 minutes, until lightly browned and firm in center
- Cool slightly; serve warm
