My family loves this I serve it with sour cream and jalapeno's on the side.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 oz shredded Cheddar cheese
  • catalina salad dressing
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • ½ C. sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
  • 1 lrg head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 3 med tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 med onion, chopped
  • corn chips

Directions
  1. Cook beef in skillet until done, stirring to crumble meat.
  2. Drain, and add seasoning. Cool slightly.
  3. Combine all ingredients except corn chips, tossing gently; put a handful of chips on plates and top with salad.
