Italian New Potatoes

- 15 tiny whole new potatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons water shopping list
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning crushed shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub potatoes then cut each in half.
- Place in microwave safe casserole dish with the water and microwave covered for 5 minutes stirring once.
- Drain and cool slightly.
- In medium bowl combine mayonnaise, broth, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Add potatoes and toss to coat.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Thread potatoes onto 4 long skewers leaving 1/4 inch between pieces.
- Grill kabobs on uncovered grill directly over medium coals 14 minutes turning occasionally.
