Italian New Potatoes Recipe
Tried and true. These little delights go great with everything but I like to serve them with steak or burgers.

Ingredients
  • 15 tiny whole new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions
  1. Scrub potatoes then cut each in half.
  2. Place in microwave safe casserole dish with the water and microwave covered for 5 minutes stirring once.
  3. Drain and cool slightly.
  4. In medium bowl combine mayonnaise, broth, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  5. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
  6. Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Thread potatoes onto 4 long skewers leaving 1/4 inch between pieces.
  8. Grill kabobs on uncovered grill directly over medium coals 14 minutes turning occasionally.

These sound great, but I don't have a grill. *cry*


You could probably do them under a broiler. I bet they would work just as well.
