How to make it

  • Mix all the dry ingredients in the blender.
  • Add all the wet ingredients and blend till well mixed and smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a well greased and floured cake pan and bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
  • Cool and serve or decorate if you wish.
