Flank Steak Barbecue

- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. flank steak shopping list
- 1/4 c.soy sauce sauce shopping list
- 3 T. honey shopping list
- 2. T. vinegar shopping list
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 3 T. grated ginger shopping list
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 to 2 green onions, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, oil and green onions in bowl.
- Place steak in gallon plastic storage bag.
- Pour marinade over meat.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
- Grill steak to medium-rare.
- Let rest 10 minutes.
- Cut thinly sliced, against grain.
