Yummy. What a great way to eat a potato. How can you go wrong with all the added cajun flavors. Boy-Howdy.

I used 5 baking potatoes,
cooked 7 strips of bacon to make the bacon bits, drained all the grease,
then sauteed the shrimp in the same pan,
along with the garlic and green onion tops.

Finally got to try this - to rave reviews! My father-in-law enjoyed it so much he took some home, my two-year-old ate the shrimp off our plates, and my husband bragged on my fancy cooking!

This time I added a few sauteed mushrooms, which went down very well. Wish I could give this a 10!
