Shoo-Fly Pie Crust

- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2/3 cup Crisco shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Sift flour and salt into a medium bowl.
- Take out 1/3 cup of this flour and mix with the 1/4 cup of water to form a paste.
- Cut Crisco with knives, forks or blender, into remaining flour mixture unti lthe pieces are the size of small peas.
- Add "flour paste" to Crisco-flour mixture.
- Mix thoroughly unti lthe dough comes together and can be shaped into a ball.
- Divide in half.
- Roll out both crusts about 1/8-inch thick.
- Bake at 425 degress for 12-15 minutes.
