I cut this recipe out from a magazine years ago and tweaked it a little bit to my tastes. It is my fav chili recipe. I won 1st place at the chili cook-off at work! :)

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Honeysuckle White ground turkey
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 15 oz. can kidney beans
  • 1 15 oz. can black beans
  • 1 12 oz. can Rotel-mild
  • 2 pkgs. chili seasoning mix
  • 1 4 oz. can diced green chilis
  • 3/4 sm. bottle of regular K.C. Masterpiece or Cattlemen's BBQ sauce
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. jar nacho cheese
  • 1 sm. can tomato sauce
  • Tabasco sauce, to taste

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown and drain the ground turkey and beef.
  2. Combine turkey and remaining ingredients in a crock pot.
  3. Cook on high until chili is heated through (about an hour).
  4. Cook longer on low for more intense flavor.
  5. ENJOY! :)
