Choco-scotch Dessert

This was one of my favorites growing up, I'd beg my step-mom to make it for me. Best if allowed to thaw just a little before eaten. Not sure where she got it, but this recipe is from my Step-mother Cindy.
Ingredients
- 8 graham crackers, crushed shopping list
- 2½ tbsp butter, melted shopping list
- 1 pkg butterscotch instant pudding shopping list
- 1 pkg chocolate pudding, instant shopping list
- 3 cups Cold milk shopping list
- 2 cups Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Crust
- Mix graham crackers and butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into 9x13" pan.
- Dessert mix
- Mix together puddings and milk. Fold in Cool whip. Pour into crust and freeze. Allow to thaw slightly before serving.

Really good and easy! I made it w/ all sugar free pudding and cool whip, skim milk, low-fat graham crackers, and low-fat butter. We had a piece last night and I stuck it back in the freezer. I'll try to remember to take a picture of it tonight! Thank...more
