Blueberry Bbq Sauce Recipe

	Mekiess / All my dishes 1 year, 10 months ago A change from the usual red barbeque sauce - sweet and tangy! Wonderful on grilled chicken breasts or pork chops. We had this at a fancy resturant which prompted me to create it for myself. Prep:5m Cook:15m Servings:4	Mekiess
	a blue sauce for bbq

Ingredients

2 cups Blueberries - fresh or frozen

1/2 cup Balsamic vinegar

3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons Catsup

1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt.

Directions

Place all ingredients ina small saucepan.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until thick.

Remove from heat, cool, and blend until smooth.

Serve over grilled chicken or pork chops
