Kale with Garlic and Cranberries

- 2 lbs. kale, stems & center ribs discarded, leaves coarsely torn shopping list
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic shopping list
- 5 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In 6-qt. pot of boiling water, cook kale, uncovered, until almost tender (5-7 minutes)
- Drain, transfer to cold water bath so stops cooking
- When cool, drain - do not squeeze
- In same pot, over medium heat, cook garlic in oil, until fragrant
- Add kale, dried cranberries, salt and pepper, tossing frequently, until kale tender 4-6 minutes
