This is agood all purpose bread dough that also makes a great pizza crust. The roasted garlic variation is so tasty you don't even need to butter it.

Made this tonight. Rolled it flat then rolled it up like french bread. Let it rise for about 10 min after adding the garlic/rosemary, kneading, and shaping. Really nice moist bread perfect for dipping in EVOO and Balsamic. Delish!

This bread was So delish! I rolled it flat then rolled it up french bread style, made slits and let it rise another 20 min before baking. I also coated it with egg white about half way through baking just for asthetic purposes. It was so moist and soft. Perfect for dipping.
