This recipe has been in my family for years. It is easy to make and very good. I am always asked to bring it for any pot luck or covered dish dinner. At home it seems I make it at least twice a week. it goes good with pinto beans, hot dogs, fish stic... More

Ingredients
  • 1 cabbage head
  • Garlic salt to taste
  • sugar to taste (about 1 tsp.)
  • Mayo to taste

Directions
  1. Chop the cabbage (I use a food processor) then add the other ingredients a little at a time until you get the flavor you like.
  2. If you want some color in it you can put in some grated carrots or purple cabbage.
