How to make it

  • Place tortellini in boiling salted water. Cook 10 minutes. Drain and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  • Melt butter add flour, stirring. Add milk gradually.....to make a sauce. I like mine thick, but my husband likes his thinner. When it is to the consistency that you like, add cheese.
  • Add sauce to tortellini in casserole dish. Stir to combine.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
